INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTER SESSIONS
Posters should be prepared in A0 vertical/portrait format. Posters are numbered in alphabetical order (first author)
Poster numbers are given in the printed abstract booklet handed out to attendees on site.
Posters with numbers 1 (first author: Andres E) to 31 (first author: Li AWY) will be shown in Session 1 on Wednesday Sept 28, 17:30 – 19:00.
Posters with numbers 32 (first author: Linsen F) to 62 (first author: Zerban M) will be shown in Session 2 on Thursday Sept 29, 12:30 – 14:15
Materials to hang posters are provided. Posters that have not been removed by the authors by noon the day after their session will be removed and destroyed by the staff.
PRINT SUPPORT
If you'ld like to print your poster in Mainz, we recommend three adresses. It may be necessary to arrange printing well ahead of time due to staff shortages in many places.
