RESILIENCE-TRAINING

The Leibniz Institute for Resilience Research (LIR) offers different resilience training opportunities to enhance your health skills and develop coping strategies for stress while promoting resilience. 

In small groups you'll experience the impact of evidence-based resilience factors through practical exercises. Our experts will share resilience-strengthening strategies to help you better navigate everyday stressors.

Assumption of costs

Our resilience trainings are certified by the "Zentrale Prüfstelle für Prävention (ZPP)". Ask your health insurance provider about full or partial cost coverage. You are welcome to download the certificates below for forwarding to your health insurance company.

FORMATS OF THE RESILIENCE-TRAINING

ONLINE & WEEKLY:
LIR-RESILIENCE-TRAINING FOR STRESS MANAGEMENT

Participants develop and expand their personal resilience projects in eight weekly sessions. Evidence-based information is discussed in the group and applied to personal and professional settings.

INTERESTED?

Before participating in our training, we conduct a resilience screening and an initial consultation with you. The resilience screening, an online questionnaire, assesses your current stress levels and recovery ability. Subsequently, you discuss the results with one of our experts in the initial consultation

Together, you reflect on your current situation for the best possible outcome.

COMPACT WEEKEND:

The compact training is on two consecutive days. Friday afternoon features expert-led sessions on stress, resilience, and protective factors, followed by practical and interactive  exercises on Saturday to apply the evidence-based resilience factors to personal and proffesional settings.
