Research platforms

The Leibniz Institute for Resilience Research operates three research platforms with the Mouse Behavioral Unit (MBU), the Mainz Animal Imaging Center (MAIC) and the Clinical Investigation Center (CIC). These provide the work groups of the LIR with centralized technology and offer services and methodological expertise to its cooperation partners.

Furthermore, the LIR cooperates closely with two platforms of the University Medical Center Mainz: the Neuroimaging Center (NIC; link) and the Lipidomics Unit.
