Symposium at LIR focuses on artificial intelligence (AI) in the work context

The international symposium “Exploring the Applications of AI in the Workplace”, which was held at the LIR, focused on the impact of AI on working life, collaboration in teams and the well-being of employees.

The symposium was organized by Dr. Hadar Nesher Shoshan (JGU Mainz), Dr. Ella Glikson (Bar-Ilan University), Prof. Dr. Thomas Rigotti (LIR) and Dr. Lior Zalmanson (Tel Aviv University), and sponsored by the Minerva-Gentner Symposia Program.

International experts from Germany and Israel discussed current research on the effects of AI on motivation, behavior and interpersonal dynamics in the work context. Both potentials and challenges were highlighted in presentations and discussions.

The LIR would like to thank all participants for the inspiring exchange and looks forward to continuing the international dialogue on AI in the work context.
