First psychological aid
At the beginning, the basic needs of the refugees must be secured: sheltered accommodation, food, contact, social help, information. Each and every one of us can provide security, orientation and social support. This can be donations of relief goods, but also emotional support or the provision of professional information, such as the mediation of assistance offers, help with daily structuring and finding one's way in the new living environment, as well as support in coping with everyday requirements such as dealing with authorities.
