The "Doweria" telephone counselling service advises people in Russian (Tel: 030 440308 454).

The "Zentrum Überleben" (Survival Centre) helps traumatised refugees receive medical and therapeutic help (Tel: 030 3039060)

Support in finding qualified trauma therapists for adults and children is offered by the therapist search of the German-speaking Society for Psychotraumatology.
