Multiplier workshop as part of the ‘Healthy studying in Rhineland-Palatinate’ project

The Handbook is available for download below.

Through the project ‘Healthy Studying in Rhineland-Palatinate’, the Leibniz Institute for Resilience Research (LIR) has the opportunity to provide resilience support measures in the context of students and at the same time to research and identify the measures which are particularly effective for the specific circumstances and needs of students.

Commissioned by the Ministry of Science and Health of Rhineland-Palatinate, the project will make a joint contribution to maintaining the mental health of students.

Multipliers play an important role in this. Accordingly, the LIR offered another multiplier workshop on 20 January 2025. This was the fifth workshop in total that was offered to multipliers for specific target groups as part of the project.

Participants had the opportunity to learn about the impact and importance of evidence-based resilience factors and test them in practical exercises in order to integrate them into their students' everyday work and study life.

The workshop focused on strengthening health literacy and developing strategies for coping with stress and promoting resilience.
